- Register by January 15th, 2010 via e-mail to cqp2010@gmail.com
- Child care will be organised from the Friday afternoon to the Sunday noon. If needed, please give information about the age(s) of the child or children by Nov 15th, 2009.
- Fees for conference will be 50€ for members of the CQP, 20€ for students (please provide a copy of student I.D.) and 60€ for non-members.
- Fees include only conference participation, and coffee and snacks during breaks.

- the name and surname,
- the date of arrival and departure from the hotel ,
