At the end of each session there will be an open discussion on the topics presented throughout the session, lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Posters must be 120 cm high by 90 cm wide and must be printed and brought to the event. They must be mounted in the spaces assigned for this purpose, on the day and at the time assigned. A time will be reserved in the program for the authors to make a brief 5-minute presentation of their work and to answer specific questions. Posters may be signed by more than one author, but no more than four.

Workshops: with a maximum duration of 60 minutes, they will have an eminently practical character (exposition of teaching experiences, presentation of projects, development of didactic activities, etc.) and must respect the format of the genre, considering the active participation of the attendees. Workshops may be signed by a maximum of 3 authors.

Virtual papers and posters: The short virtual paper must be a video presentation of 5 minutes. All short papers are posted on the Youtube channel of our community. Your talk can be a video in Lecture or Power Point style.
The Lecture style follows a more traditional format. The video primarily shows the speaker on screen rather than an audio accompanying a PowerPoint or other visual aid.
The Power Point style uses images or other presentation format as the main feature of the video, accompanied by a voice recording explaining the images or presentation.
The video must be recorded at least at a minimum resolution of 720p (HD).

The final presentation should be submitted at least one month prior to the start date of the conference.
